Shipping & Returns
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Be sure to read descriptions and sizes closely, and let me know if you have questions before purchasing. All purchases are final. However, I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I place the utmost importance on supplying all orders correctly. If you are not satisfied, please let me know so that I can help!
All goods must be checked upon receipt. If artwork arrives damaged in transit, we can discuss a solution pertinent to your situation. Please get in touch with me within 7 days of receipt if you have any concerns or questions about the products that you have received.
Shipping
What are your shipping policies?
Currently, I only ship in the United States. I use USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and my choice of carrier is dependent both on pricing and services offered. Shipping for prints, products, and originals no larger than 16x20" (including framing) is included in the price. Shipping for originals larger than 16x20" is calculated on an individual basis and will be an additional charge. Let me know before purchase if you would like a shipping quote to your location.
A tracking number can be provided upon request. Once the package is marked as shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package.
Do you live outside the US and really want to purchase from me? Contact me, and we can discuss options.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! I may be able to arrange local delivery for addresses within close proximity to Charlottesville. If your purchase is $100 and above and local delivery is confirmed as an option for your address at time of purchase, you may select this option, and I'll be in touch to arrange the details.
How will my purchase be packaged?
Shipping artwork can be expensive and quite complex, and I invest considerable effort into ensuring that your purchase arrives to you without damage.
Prints and paper originals no larger than 16x20" will be inserted into individual cellophane sleeves with acid-free cardboard backings and packaged in a rigid mailer. Larger quantities of prints or originals may arrive in a box. Prints and paper originals larger than 16x20" will be carefully rolled, wrapped in acid-free glassine paper, and mailed in rigid mailing tubes. These pieces will be curled but can easily be flattened by being placed overnight under weights (like heavy books) with the protection of the glassine paper.
Framed paper originals and stretched canvases will arrive in cardboard boxes. I take great care and time in packing these pieces to secure their safe arrival by wrapping them in acid-free glassine paper, enclosing them in layers of bubble wrap and sometimes cardboard, and including packing paper for additional cushioning and security.
Ornaments and gifts will arrive in packaging appropriate to their size, shape, material, and fragility.
