Copyright

Who actually owns the artwork?

I retain all rights to all work that I create. These rights include the images of sold, unsold, and commissioned original pieces, prints, and products. I may use images of purchased pieces to create reproductions in prints and other products to sell. My artwork may not be reproduced in any form, even after purchase, without express written permission.

What rights does the collector have?

Collectors have the right to display my artwork in their home or business. Although a collector owns a piece, he or she does not own the rights to reproduce it.
